Color section padding

I’ve created a color section to have my chosen background image in, with a transparent header. I’ve fixed the height to be the same height as the image so that it’s all displayed.

I want to overlay with videos / text, but whatever I do, there’s a huge gap between the top of the header / text and the header. I can’t see any way to remove this, or understand why it’s there in the first place.
