    hello!
    i come from this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/cannot-connect-to-mailchimp-with-api-key/

    for a couple weeks now my site cannot communicated with the mailchimp server
    if i add the API key in the enfold backend it says: “Konnte keine Verbindung mit diesem API-Schlüssel zum Mailchimp herstellen. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut mit einem anderen Schlüssel”

    in english: Could not connect to Mailchimp with this API KEY, Please try withanother Key.

    dont other people have the same problem?

    Hey richardhofer83,

    Thank you for opening a new thread.

    Have you tried authenticating the API key on another computer or network? Or try it while you’re on incognito mode. If it didn’t work, post the login details in the private field along with the API key, then we’ll try it on our end.

    The request is connecting properly but the validation is failing. Have you tried using or generating another key? The current one is possibly inactive.

    Hi,

    We have encountered a few threads with this same issue and we usually “fix” it by adding the API key in the field as you would normally. Sometimes it takes a few tries to connect or a different network. We are not really sure why it’s not working for a handful of users.
