I am trying to edit the password on the Member login page (http://keremshalom.org/membership-renewal-and-information/) but it will not let me edit the visibility setting which is currently set to password protected. When I click on “password protected” nothing happens.

We apologize for the delayed response.
The login credentials doesn’t seem to work, even when removing those spaces in the password.Best regards,
NikkoMarch 19, 2019 at 6:13 pm #1080424I just retried and it works. Please copy and paste it as is

March 21, 2019 at 10:13 am #1081296Hi solomita,
Thanks, I have checked it out and it seems to be working properly (no js errors or visible errors on page)
There are 3 visibility settings, Public, Private and Password protected.
Since Password protected is already selected and the password field already shows up, clicking on it again will not cause anything to happen since it already showed the password field.
And password protection on the page seems to work just fine.
I also tried to temporarily set this to private then back to password protected and it works fine as well.Best regards,

July 20, 2019 at 1:14 pm #1120440PS: This happen only, if page builder is active, If i go to standard editor, all is fine. It#s only happen, if avia layout editor is turned ON
July 22, 2019 at 6:33 am #1120752Hi Hokuspokus,
I could not reproduce the issue you have pointed out, if you want to deactivate Password protected you can just set it to either public or private and it should remove it.
As for draft, if the page is set to draft, clicking on the Publish button should fix it.
Can you create a new thread and post your login credentials and login link in private content? so we can check on it further.
Private content is only visible to the creator of the thread and the moderators that’s why we’ll need you to create it separately.Best regards,
NikkoJuly 22, 2019 at 10:07 am #1120779Dear Nikko,

July 22, 2019 at 11:02 pm #1121028Hi,
Actually this seems to be an issue with the Builder and the new changes we have done. Allow us some more time please to try debug the problem
Best regards,
