    Hi,

I’m in the process of building a site based on the Health Demo.

I turned on the recommended option for the ‘Disabling of template builder elements’ however this seems to throw off several elements on the pages returning with:

‘This element was disabled in your theme settings. You can activate it here..’

I haven’t seen this before when turning this option on for other sites I have, only this one which is a fresh install.

Any thoughts? Is this perhaps an issue with this particular demo?

    Cheers
    John

    Hi John,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
In Enfold > Performance > Disabling of template builder elements, I just set this to Always load all elements.
I think there might be some conflict with the caching plugin that’s why the recommended option isn’t working properly.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

    Thanks for the reply.

I have this set to load only used elements with other sites and dont have the issue being experienced with the same caching plugin?

I did have and issue in installintg this demo content so perhaps somethjing went off there? Should I try a fresh install and see how that goes? Im wanting to get the most out the optimisation as possible.

    Cheers

..update… I noticed an update available for the cahcing plugin so went ahead and completed that.

Now it seems to be working with the setting ‘load only used elements’ turned on.

I’ll keep an eye on this. Perhaps the update to the plugin helped flush out some old cache that wasnt clearing before?

    Cheers

    Hi John,

    Glad that it’s resolved. :)
I think that is most likely the case, the cache might have not included some js files necessary for some elements to run.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
