Installed Theme and Child Theme and nothing is there

I purchased Enfold last year and installed on one of my website. Installation was a breeze and all came in smoothly. I just purchased it again and installed it. It does not seem like much has been installed compared to before. With my other website and installation, there were tons of pages that were installed with the Avia Layout Builder, which made it easy. This installation did not install any pages at all and is leaving several other things out. For example, under Theme Options in Customize. It asks to select what page you want to display on your front page and where you want to display you blog, however it does not give any options. I assume this is because no pages have been installed??
