    Hello support team,

    I’m using WPML and did already serveral other sites with this translation tool, but this time I can’t get it to work (and it drives me crazy :(

    I translated it manually but all the time when I tick the english menu also as “main” menu – the French navigation (main fr) changes into the english – and both are english !

    Actually I did not tick it and the english menu (next to it it says > Actuellement réglé sur : main fr)) does not show correctly.

    I followed the instructions of this video > https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/ again and again and also synchronised serveral times but it does not change anything, can you please help ? or do I need to ask the WPML support ?

    There is an issue with WPML unfortunately – the WPML team is working to solve it based on the last time we checked.
