    Hey hegartpetersen,

I’m not sure why that happens, having 2 accounts use different editors.
Can you go to Enfold > Theme Options > Select Your Editor > Use WP Classic Editor, then save.
Let us know if this helps.

    Best regards,

There’s no Select Your Editor under Theme Options? Should I disable advance layout builder preview in backend? that dosnt sound good….

    Hi hegartpetersen,

That option only shows in Enfold 4.5.2 and up.
Try to install and activate a plugin called Classic Editor, this plugin disables the new Gutenberg editor and replace it with the Classic Editor we used before WordPress 5.x
Let us know if this helps.

Well, the issue is, that it’s perfectly fine on my desktop, but looks wrong on the customers desktop.
We have that exact same page on another domain and translated into another language and the customer see that fine.
So it shouldn’t be necessary to upload a new plugin?

    Hi hegartpetersen,

It might be worth a try, since the screenshot of your customers desktop shows that it uses Gutenberg editor while yours is a Classic Editor.
Installing and activating the Classic Editor plugin removes the Gutenberg editor and replaces it with Classic editor.
Or maybe you just need to tweak some settings in order for the other language to use classic editor without installing the plugin I suggested.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
