I don’t know why, but the titles of my tab section on this page are below the content. How can I change it back to normal so that the navigation is above?

    Hey transformmedia,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Alright, here it is :)

    Hi transformmedia,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked it and noticed that there no other option in the Tab Position setting.
It’s supposed to have 2 options: Display Tabs above content and Display Tabs below content.
We would like to isolate the issue as it may be a plugin conflict or a theme issue since the version of Enfold you have is already outdated.
However you’re live site might be messed up when debugging your site, can you create a staging site instead? where we can do the debugging.
Here’s a tutorial on how to create it: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Hey, did you find out the problem? Same problem for me. I had an old enfold version installed (everything works fine) then I updated the enfold to 4.5.7 (latest) and now the “above/below” setting is missing – instead I have just the option “tab left”. Maybe a translation-error?

    Hi Maw87,

Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
