You could import SPA demo – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-spa/ and replace the content with your own.
Enfold is fully compatible with WooCommerce Bookings plugin – https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/. You could use it for bookings. But in case you would need something simpler, you could add contact forms to your content have your clients contact you for booking.

Enfold has drag and drop layout builder called Advanced Layout Builder and has many options in theme options so you would be able to create your own site without having a coding experience :)
