    I have a problem with the Email order template, what i can see it’s something like this:

    I cannot see a HTML template (customer see without html and admin can see good format and html format it’s set correctly ). I’m downgrade woocommerce to 3.4.6. Can you send me the last version of woocomerce?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply, I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having though. Is it that the emails from WooCommerce are not formatted correctly? If so then I don’t think it’s related to the theme you are running, maybe it would be better if you contacted your hosting provider about the problem?

    Hi,
    No it’s not a hosting problem, i tried with a older version of woocommerce and i see the mail in html format not like in my example, but without css colors. I think it’s something about implementation. I didn’t modify nothing on the theme. If it’s help i can send the credentials to website because right now is in testing mode. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Is it working properly on a default theme? Enfold doesn’t contain any configuration that would interfere with the email template in anyway, so the issue is probably unrelated to the theme. Please contact the plugin authors for additional help.
