Good day,
I edited my layer slider and then it no longer showed at all on my page. Please could you advise if there is a fix of bug in the template that I need to slightly adjust.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
BasilisThe page in question is the homepage. I did a work around the layer slider however you’ll see it still there and not showing. I have also run into a couple of other problems like animations on items. I added code to the page in code blocks and suddenly anything with an animation didn’t show at all or showed but didn’t work. eg the VenueHUB word used to bounce in but I had to deactivate the animation and you’ll see there is an animated counter which I hid on every screen size for now as it just stays on 000.
I tried updating the theme by uploading the new one as I thought that would solve the issues but it says it;s can;t upload because it can;t upload to the uploads file for some reason.
If my custom code is breaking the site that would suck as that’s one of the main things I chose you template for. :( Also I love the small animations and gimmicks so that would suck if I can’t use it.
