    My organization had a web developer purchase the ENFOLD them back in 2015 when we had our website rebuilt. We currently have version 3.6.1 and now are having issues since the 7.2 PHP upgrade. We need to upgrade the parent theme (ENFOLD) in order to fix errors we are getting.

    I do not think our developer purchased the theme from themeforest…. it looks like she purchased it through Kriesi. I do not have an API key to upgrade and i really don’t want to pay for the theme again. Can you please help me?

    Thanks for contacting us!
    We only sell Enfold theme via themeforest only.
    You can get the API key using the themeforest account that purchased the theme.
    Please contact the web developer for the API key, otherwise try to contact Themeforest for this issue.
