GuestWe were not able to find a solution to this issue on the forum. We have 3 license that have support, yet we can’t get the support we need. How do we fix this issue: We can not get our password protected pages to work. They worked in the past, and now do not. 6979114c-49e2-4bb5-ab74-341340f4ec0d is one of our license keys

GuestWe get the form to enter the password. Once you enter the password it goes to a white screen and doesn’t allow anyone into the the page.
We put in a ticket with our host, GoDaddy and this is what they are telling us.
I have done deeper research of the Enfold theme options and discovered that the issue has been caused due to Google Analytics Tracking Code that is set up.
First, I have whitelisted the following URL path in Sucuri Firewall ‘test-password’ and after that removed tracking code from the theme options.
Please refer to the attached screenshot below:
http://prntscr.com/mp2mrkI have verified that your website is resolving without issues and have attached screencast to show the updates that have been applied:
Please note, I have reverted changes that have been applied during performing this request, and before you test password protected page again, removing Google Analytics Tracking Code from Enfold theme options is required.
As I stated before, what you could do is to contact the theme’s developers by following this link https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/ so they can help you to resolve the conflict between Google Analytics Tracking Code and password protected pages properly.
February 28, 2019 at 6:28 am #1072494Hi Mike,
Thanks for the clarification. Could you post the password in private so that we can try to reproduce the problem?
It would be great if you could register on the support forum and open a new thread there for any future problems.
Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
We’re getting this response header error from the console and it seems to be related to Sucuri. Have you tried disabling the plugin temporarily?
Error parsing header X-XSS-Protection: 1; mode=block, 1; mode=block: expected semicolon at character position 13. The default protections will be applied.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for the update.
We need the login details for the dashboard, not the page password. Please post it in the private field.

That’s odd. It worked yesterday. This is the only error that we get from the console.
Error parsing header X-XSS-Protection: 1; mode=block, 1; mode=block: expected semicolon at character position 13. The default protections will be applied.
That particular http header is duplicated.
x-content-type-options: nosniff x-frame-options: SAMEORIGIN x-port: port_10178 x-sucuri-cache: BYPASS x-sucuri-id: 16003 x-xss-protection: 1; mode=block x-xss-protection: 1; mode=block
Did you edit the .htaccess file? Please post the content of that file on pastebin.com.

Thanks for the update.
That config is probably added by the Sucuri plugin. Can we access file server? Please post the FTP details in the private field.

Thanks for the update.
We modified the .htaccess file but the issue persists. It is quite random and the third try usually goes through. Please contact the Sucuri support and your hosting provider for additional help. Ask Sucuri why the plugin’s http headers are still in used even when the plugin is disabled.
Best regards,
Ismael -
