Hello!
We have different websites with forms:
https://metafora-studio-arts.org/ https://metafora-arteterapia.org/ https://metafora-art-therapy.org/Normally we are receiving 3/4 forms x day.
Since February 14th 2019 we are not receiving more forms in our corporative mailing.
¿How we can know want happened and fix this?I’d appreciate your help,

Where did you add the contact forms? We can’t find it anywhere in the home or the contact the page. And we also noticed that the sites are not running on the latest version of the theme. Please upgrade to version 4.5.4.
