    Hello, I was able to update the theme, but when I enter my personal token, it gives me an error message saying that it cannot connect to Envato and is timed out. My page builder is still not working.

    Thanks for the login details, what happens if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?

    I selected Classic Editor in main page of theme options, but I still cannot edit the page.

    Hi lailakf,

    Can you try to flush out the cache and disable all plugins temporarily?
    Then check if the layout builder works or not.
    If it does work, please enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.
