    Hello,
when I use the new Google reCAPTCHA option in the enfold setting, the “Send” button in my form disappears.
Also, it would be nice, if the Widget Notice could be formatted – it accepts no HTML.

    Best regards,
    Neverlands

    Hey Neverlands,

Sorry for the problem, could you link to where we can see this happening please?

    Best regards,

    Hello Rikard,
I disabled the Google reCAPTCHA for contact forms because it did not work for me – I give you the URL where it happened in the private content. I also tried to to disable the contact form capture that is available inside the form but with the same result.

    Hi,

It’s visible on my end so I’m guessing you have the option turned off? Please post admin login details in private so that we can try to reproduce the problem.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,
yes, as stated above the option is disabled at the moment, because people need to see the “Submit” button.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, I can see that you are using the Captcha option in the form and the send button is showing fine. Did you manage to get this working or am I missing something?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,
which Captcha do you see? As I said I disabled the Google reCAPTCHA which is a new option in the latest Enfold settings. Because the submit button disappears when using it I disabled it.
In the meanwhile I use the default contact form capture (a math question) that is available inside the Enfold forms – I guess this is what you see?
My initial question is related to the new Google reCAPTCHA.

    Hey!

    Thanks for the update.

Does the submit button display back after verifying with the recaptcha widget? That is how the security option works. You need to verify with the widget first before you will be able to send the form. Or use the v3 version so that the recaptcha verification runs in the background while the page is loading without removing the submit button.

    Ismael

    Hello Ismael,

I checked, if the submit button shows up after verifying the Google reCAPTCHA – it does. Thanks, I didn’t know about this logic!
So I have one last question – when using the Google reCAPTCHA the value of the submit button chnages to English “Submit” no matter what I’ve set inside the form settings. The value should be “Absenden” – works perfectly wihtout using the Google reCAPTCHA. How do I manage to display the button value German again?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

Yes, that one is an error in the script. We’ll ship a fix in the next patch that is going to render the actual button label, but for now you have to do this modification. (see private field)
