All of our theme embedded buttons [av_button] are no longer displaying in a calendar event. They are just being ignored. I think this may have happened with the latest update to Calendar Pro, but there was also a new Enfold update at nearly the same time. Any clue what I can do to get those to display? I’ve attached an example page where there should be buttons just above the embedded PDF.

Restored previous Calendar Event plug-ins… still same problem.

    Reverted to Enfold 4.5.3…

This resolved the issue. Buttons are now visible.

There must be some new issue with 4.5.4 and The Event Calendar plug-in.

I have a test site running if you need access to debug this.

    Thanks,

    TJ

    Hi TJ,

Please provide access to test site, so we can check on it further.

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, the dev team has created a solution for an issue that is similar to yours and I believe it will help. Please include a admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area so that I can upload a updated version of the theme to see if it solves your issue.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
@tjjones thank you for the login, I was able to use the WP admin & FTP access.
I renamed your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. Please also check for yourself.
Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.

It seems that your site is working correctly, but I’m not sure where your buttons are, please check and let us know if this helped. Please be sure to clear your browser cache before examining the page.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Mike,

We are experiencing this same issue, and I am hoping you can share this solution with me.

I replied to this thread on Friday with my credentials. Let me know if you need anything else or if there is something else I need to try.

    Sincerely appreciate your assistance.

Looks like your modification works, at least on our test site. I will try it on our live site when I am able and let you know.

    Thanks,

    TJ

…or you can just send a link to updated version of the theme that has the working buttons for Event Calendar Pro.
That would work for me. Thank you.

    Justin,

You will need to reach out to Enfold directly as they patched the version directly on my site. I suspect that they will release a new version shortly that fixes the issue as well, but I do not have a link to provide you with.

    Thanks,

    TJ

@Justin Please include a admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area so we can assist with your site.
I would recommend opening a new thread because if you share it here it will not be private.
Please post a link to the new thread here so I can find it.

    Best regards,
    Mike
