    I just updated a client’s website from version 4.1.2 to 4.5 and it crashed the website. I updated via FTP and it still didn’t work.

    Can you please send me a lower version that will allow for proper update?

    Hey Deanna,

    It’s likely due to some files having moved between those two versions, did you try to delete the old version first, then upload the new one? You could also rename the old folder, then upload the new version in a new folder called Enfold.

    If you are maintaining sites for customers but you don’t consider it part of your core business, then you might want to check out WordPress maintenance plans like these.
