    Hi dear support,

    I have updated enfold theme to the latest version and the following error occurred.

    Fatal error: helper-post-format.php on line 213

    More info attached as private content.

    I have reverted back to the older theme version. Can you please try and perform the update for me or at least tell me what to do and how to fix the issue that appears after the update?

    Hey dinja89,

    Sorry for the problem, which version of PHP are you running? We’ve had other customers with the same problem and it was solved by updating the PHP version. You should try to run 7.1 or higher, since PHP 5.6 and 7.0 won’t get any more security updates.
