Hi,
Apologies if this seems like a dumb questions, but I’m trying out a contact form plugin called “Forminator”.
It seems like it’s picking up some of the default Enfold form styling, instead of using the styling of the plugin. (eg: Text entry box).I was just wondering if there’s an option to use blank form styling in this case. I’m not CSS expert, I just know what I know from using Enfold for four years!
I’d really appreciate any tips for this.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I’ve created a form on the page in the private section. As you will see, text, phone, country, time and select aren’t picking up Enfold, everything else is. I would prefer the form styling rather than Enfold in this case.

No, there is no option to not use Enfold’s css. You’ll need to add some css to override css that is not working for you.
Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?
Best regards,

Thanks very much for getting back to me. The plugin has its own styling, which is obviously getting overwritten by Enfold.
If you look at the test page link, and specifically the two fields on the left, second and third row down labelled “This One” :)
This is what I was hoping for, and the plugin preview actually displays everything correctly. I really like this clean simple formatting.Usually the Enfold form is good enough for us, but we’re getting a lot of problems with spam now and need something which we can add a captcha to.
CF7 is okay, but I’ve recently discovered Forminator and it seems like a really good option and much more intuitive than CF7.I’ve found that if I used the web inspector and delete everything under forms on the base css, it clears some things. Then if I delete the styling on:
#top .main_color input[type='text']
I get something close, as seen on the attached screen grab.
Again, thanks for your assistance with this, I know it’s more of a curiosity than something “wrong” with Enfold.

There is a new recaptcha widget option in the latest version of the theme, 4.5.4. Have you tried it?

Please add a filter to remove the gravity forms styling to the next version update.June 19, 2021 at 5:13 am #1306477 -
