Hello everyone,
I have two problems with my filter function of my shop page.
No.1 = the product filter sticks to the bottom – it doesn’t show at the sidebar of my shop page.
No.2 = the other filters I set up don’t show at all.I set up my preferred filters like price (slider). product categories or product material. The boxes are checked in the woocommerce settings -> product filters and I put the “WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter” as a widget in the “Shop Overview Page” – Widget Area.
Screenshot of the filter right now
Many thanks in advance!
Markus

Thanks for the screenshot, could you post a link to where we can see the actual element as well please?
Best regards,

thanks for the quick reply.
The website isn’t live yet. Please have a look at the private content section.
It’d be great if you find the problem.Looking forward reading from you :)
February 19, 2019 at 4:10 am #1068736Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, Thanks for the login, I see that you are using the “Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce” plugin and the “WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter” plugin, which both are product filters, perhaps there is a conflict, have you tried disabling your other plugins?Best regards,

June 14, 2020 at 7:35 pm #1222498Hi,
Thanks for the link but I don’t see a sidebar on your shop page. Where can we see this?
It looks like your shop page has been replaced with a shortcode for the Woof product filter displaying a grid, or the Dokan plugin is this correct?
If this shortcode is set to 100% width that could cause the sidebar to be pushed down, this also occurs with our full-width elements such as the color section. But we will be able to tell more when we see it.Best regards,
