    Hi,

I’m using post slider for showing events I made in the events calendar. Thanks to this post (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/post-slider/#how-to-add-an-orderorderby-option-to-the-blogpost-sliderportfoliomasonry-grid-element) I am able to order them by date. But, the events that happened in the past are showing now as well, as I have set the order by date/ascending.

I want past events not to show, is that possible to do that automatically? For now I have set the offset number manually, but I’d rather want it done automatically.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hey JantienM,
Sorry for the late reply, perhaps we can include the Event Calendar solution for past events. Please include the url to the page in question so we can take a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Sorry for my late reply… I will put the url in private content. The slider is visible on the homepage. The calendar is visible at /agenda.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
Sorry, so if I understand correctly the /agenda page should not show past dates, or is the /agenda page manually “offseted” and the homepage is not “offseted” and should not show the past events?
To not show past events, please see this solution

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

It is actually the other way around I want the past events to be visible in /agenda.

On the homepage I only want to show the current events. It is working right now because I offsetted it manually in the post slider. I would like to know if I can do this automatically in the post slider on the homepage.

Hope this makes sense to you ;-)

I tried the code you suggested, but that is not working for my post slider.

    Hi JantienM,

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Best regards,
    Victoria
