    Hi,

I have a site built using the Enfold theme and I want to transfer to an other hosting provider. Problem is that their size limit is 30 gigs and this site is 30.5 gigs. I know there are other providers but I would like to see if I can make this work.

The site is loaded with thousands of images (it is a history site) so I am thinking about using a plugin (paid is fine) that will go through and compress each image.

Anyone have any ideas? I am not a web guy by day so I am hoping someone with more experience might be able to guide me in trimming some weight off this site.

Thanks in advance for any input,

    Gregory

    Hi Gregory,

If you are looking to compress images then you can try a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/, or check out alternatives to that. I would also advise you to go through your installation to see if there are things you can delete, like old backups for instance.

    Best regards,
