Hi,
I need to update a site (trottiersymposium.org) that uses Enfold. This site is co-owned by two university institutes. Enfold was purchased by someone at the other institute that no longer work there and left without provinding us all the credentials to maintain the site.
Enfold is still at v3.71 and WordPress is at v5.0.3, I think it explains the editing issues I have. Some pages elements are simply impossible to edit…
Is there a was to recover access to get theme updates?

Sorry for your problem, but we can’t be responsible for keeping track of your login details. Would you be able to contact the person who purchased the theme to see if they can provide you with the login details to the Envato account? If not then I think you will have to purchase a new license.

We don’t keep records of who purchases our themes since Envato/Themeforest handles all sales related matter for us. Do you have the purchase code for the license maybe? We could check if it has been registered on the support forum, but that’s about as far as we can go. If that doesn’t result in anything then I think you will have to buy a new license.
