Hi, I saw other users having this issue before, but my impression was that it was supposedly fixed with the latest update – which I did via ftp, still running into the same problem:
The Video (slideshow full size) is not displayed on mobile , instead there is the line ‘[object Object]’ (instead of fallback image, it just takes the space it takes for a line of code).
    Enfold: 4.5.3, WordPress 5.0.3
    How can I fix this?

    Hey Maike,

In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Enfold > Performance > Disabling of template builder elements, try to set this to Always load all elements.
Let us know if this helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
this option was already set to “Always load…”.
Would it help if I sent you admin access?

    Hi Maike,

Yes, please. Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

The default login url “wp-admin” or “wp-login” is not working. Did you change the login url? Please add it in the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

It turned out to be an issue with the compressed scripts. We disabled the compression temporarily to let the theme load the latest scripts. Please remove the browser cache prior to checking the page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Thanks! Any action required on my side? Will this be fine after the next update as well?

    #1068135

    Hi,

Yes, it was just loading an old version of the scripts because of the file compression, not an actual error or anything, so it should work fine on the next update. You can enable the script compression back if you want.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
