Adding click bank trusted logo at top of header

Hi there, I am trying to add the ClickBank logo to the top of the header as indicated here in the instructions here:

I tried to manually add this to the Theme Header (header.php) just before the close of the <head/> but it doesn’t seem to work. Would you recommend adding this somewhere else?

Note: I have removed the code from the header.php file
