Hi there i’m actually using enfold theme, here is my questions…
The guy who did my website 5 years ago use the enfold theme to create it, I don’t have longer contact with this guy, now 1 month ago I start having problems specially on the pages of all my media are basically photos, i thought it was a problem with the hosting so i contacted the person who does my hosting, he reply and told me plugins in wordpress and facebook etc are constanly changing , and he told me enfold never being update since the day the website was create it back in 2004 I’m running 3.0.4 version number, he suggest that updating the theme could actually sort many problems, now
i don’t know my themeforest user name i guess is my email or or the guy who did my websiten what i have not the Api Key to update it.My question is if i buy the licence i will be able it use it to update the theme?
Otherwise which options i have?

Hey Kerry,
Yes you will be able to update the theme if you buy a license, though it has to be done manually from the version you are running. We can help you out with that on the support forum if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
Maintaining your WordPress site is very important and I’m actually a bit surprised that you didn’t run into problems until now. If you are interested in having someone to maintain your site then I can recommend getting a WordPress maintenance plan.
