    Hi,

    I create a new site for a new client with enfold and I can’t add the API key.
    It does not work.

    Could not connect to Mailchimp with this API Key

    I also tried with another API key, it doesn’t work. (work on my personnal website with enfold)

    I have disabled all the plugins, it doesn’t work.

    Can you help me?

    Hey Audiolia,
    I tested your API on my localhost and it worked, but when testing it on your site I found no errors.
    Have you asked your webhost if they are blocking any IP address? Perhaps they can look at the server log to see if the request is being blocked.

    Thank you for your answer.

    I contacted the host who asked me for the ip address of mailchimp to check if it is blocked.

    It also asks if there are any prerequisites for this to work (php version, memory)

    3rd thing he asks me if there is a debug mode in the theme?

    Otherwise, this is a customer’s site (actually I sell training to teach them how to create a simple website) but my personal website is also affected by this problem and I have looked at the sites of two other customers and it is the same problem.

    All websites are hosted 1and1.

    Hi,
    Sorry I don’t know the IP address of the mailchimp API, but you could ask the mailchimp support. For debug, we have a debug mode for the advanced layout builder, which can read about here: Enable Avia Layout Builder Debug
    minimum PHP version is 5.6 and we recommend a minimum of 20mb memory, both of which your site meets.
