Headermenu title menu_item cloning setting?

Hello there,

after updating some of our Enfold sites from version < 4.4.1 to the latest versions, we found out that the headermenu system changed entirely.

Before we updated our sites, the main offcanvas menu on the frontend ( Burgermenu / Header main menu ) was super easy to handle with. Touching a parent menu_item a second time, after it shows its children, causes the direct link to the parent menu_items reference.

Why its not possible anymore? At the moment we need to copy each parent menu_item into its own children section by the new cloning setting? It was perfect the way it “was” for User Experience.

Please consider to change this, or just implement another setting to choose between these kinds of handling.
