    Hallo,

    ich nutze auf http://www.matcha.de das Enfold Theme und bin begeistert vom Umfang und den Möglichkeiten. Leider klappt jedoch scheinbar die Kommentarfunktion in den Beiträgen nicht. Füge ich über den ALB ein Kommentarfeld unter einem Beitrag ein, wird das Kommentarfeld nicht im Beitrag angezeigt. In der Bearbeitung des Beitrags ist ein Haken gesetzt bei “Kommentare erlauben” und die globalen WP Kommentare sind auch alle eingeschaltet. nur im Frontend werden sie nicht angezeigt :-(

    Hi,

    I would like to apologize for the late response. I’m not sure what’s going on in your site, so I tried to reproduce the issue on my own installation and the comment form works or displays properly with or without using the advance layout builder. Have you tried disabling the plugins?

    Hi, thanks for your answer. Yes, I have disabled all plugins, cleared the cache and the comment fields are still not there.

    Could you please reenable the startpage?

    I would like to check this again but the user role is changed, so I can’t check any settings. Please set the user role to admin and provide the login info to your file server so that we can debug the issue.

    Hi,

    last time you had access you have crashed the site :-) – starting page was in trash and a few other things… I could give you access again, but only if you promise not to change anything ;-) – or change whatever you need to change and bring it back immediately to the state it is now. This is a productive site….
