I have many clients using one of your great templates (enfold).
When making an account for using support is says ” email (my email) is already in use”.
I can not make for every client a separate email, I want to use my own.
What to do?
When loggin in with another account I have the feeling that I’ve got no response when starting a post in the forum.

You can use the same profile to ask your questions and do not need to create separate profile for each client. As i answered in your other pre-sale question thread, we reply to each thread however when forums are busy, it may take longer time for us. Thanks for your understanding!
