Hello,
The issue I have for a while already is that sometimes the text block (in Enfold content elements) does not open for editing at the back end of my website.
I use the Enfold theme, and very happy with it. But sometimes I have this bug with the text blocks.
Sometimes, I click on the text block to edit it, and the text block does not open, I just see an empty white block.
It does not happen with all the text blocks, only some. And the text blocks that do not open now, can start opening after some time. So I just keep on trying to edit them.The way I deal with the issue for now: 1) just wait until it opens, and keep on trying to click on it to open (can take a couple of days); 2) or just delete a text file and make another one I need if I need to make an urgent change.
If needed, I can provide some print screens to show how it looks.
My question is: how can I get rid of this bug?

A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test. If you still have the same issue please post your admin login details in private content area so we can take a closer look at this issue.

I do not use any plugins yet. I am planning to use plugins in the future.What I forgot to mention in my previous message is that I have this bug not only with some text blocks, but aso with testimonials texts sometimes. Example of the text block that does not open on my homepage up-left: “In my practice as ….”

I checked the site and see some errors. Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here.
