Burger Menu and Mega Menu Problem

i updated my webers-testseite.de today to the newest Enfold 4.5.3 and WordPress 5.0.3
everything works fine – but when i merge my script files with Enfold Options – the mega-menu is to small and the hamburger does not work ( no flyout )
Allthough i know that this page is no standard Enfold installation ( my functions.php of the child-theme got 1500 lines ) – but before with 4.99 WP and Enfold 4.4.2 everything works fine with merged files.

Edit: Even if i deactivate all plugins – the same thing with merging the js files leads there to conflicts.
On other normal installation that does not happen.

I will now get rid of all functions.php settings . and look if there was an entry which is responsibel for that.
