    Hello,
    A few days ago I wrote you that a YouTube video in the sidebar on our website is not working.
    Yesterday suddenly the video appeared, but now it’s again not playing. If I select the video, I can see it and also when I insert it in the widget, the video appears.
    On the website however there is black box and on tablet only a play button, that doesn’t work.
    A temporary login is still active.
    Can you please let me know how this can be solved?

    Hey Henk,

    On which page can we see the problem? I tried loading your site but you are getting loads of 504 errors on the page so most of the resources are not loading at all.

    While the pages work, when I try the login screen it does not get me inside, I get a 504 error.

    Hi Henk,

    Sorry for the late reply and for the problem. Is it the video on the front-page next to the Aabévé Vertaalbureau header? If so then it’s working fine on my end using Opera. Are you sure it’s not due to cache on your local computer?

    By the way, I have no problem accessing your site using a VPN service with european IP, though I think your site/host is blocking several country IPs.

    Hi Henk,

    Sorry for the confusion, I tried checking your site again using a VPN and it’s loading fine if I do that. I can’t see the video in the sidebar anymore though and the login token has expired, could you renew it please? Also, if you removed the video then maybe you could make a test page where we can see the problem?

    Hi Henk,

    Thanks for the update and I’m sorry for the problem. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any other problems or if you would like for us to look at this one again, all we need is a test page basically.
