    Hi there, we have purchased this theme and it will not install any of the demo content on WordPress 5 up, I have used the latest version of the theme and still tells me there’s an error and reload the page, this is not cool. Please assist? We are urgently trying to install the “enfold shop” demo content and we have had to put a holding page for very frustrated client.

    Hi Victoria,

    I have tested that these logins work in order for you to check if needed.
    We have Enfold 4.5.2 running currently.
    WordPress version: Version 5.0.3

    Please assist us as the shop demo is what we have sold to our client and need to get going on this site asap.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details and sorry for the late reply. I get the same problem on my end, your server is responding with a 500 internal server error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file. Why that is I can’t say unfortunately, maybe you could try reaching out to your hosting service? Meanwhile, you can try to import the demo manually.
