Hello
My site uses mega menus. We noticed today that the menu is often aligning to the left of the active menu item which pushes the menu offscreen. Screenshots are included in the private content section.
This happens intermittently. One page will be off and then when you click to a new page it aligns to the center again (properly).
This began happening after installed Speed Booster Pack and deferring parsing of Javascript.
Hey web6s,
If it happened after you deferred javascript or changed anything in regards to that, then it probably means that the script which positions the menus it’s not loaded early enough. Could you try to turn that functionality off to see if it makes any difference?
Best regards,
Rikard
We deactivated and then deleted Speed Booster Pack. The issue still exist and now it is cutoff full time (vs intermittently before).
Please help.
Hi,
Thanks for the update, though the alignment looks fine on my end. Are you sure that you are not getting cached results? If that is not the case then try to explain a bit further how to reproduce the results you are getting.
Best regards,
Rikard
NO cached results. Currently everything does work. Here is the latest update. If I deactivate Speed Booster Pack, the alignment is off, archive header images don’t display, my homepage full width slider does not display, hamburger menu on tablet does not work etc. (lots of issues where things stop functioning). This happens the moment I turn of SBP.
When I activate it, everything works fine.
I currently have SBP on and have it set to do almost nothing (settings wise).
