Hey, we have an issue, since we have updated Enfold 4.1 to the latest version. We are using enfold and enfold child, the last one is activated. After the latest update does not appear any burger menu on mobile, just the second menu. Our website ist http://www.dzmb.de
Same issue on our second website http://www.deutscherzahnemdizinerbund.com, which is a copy of dzmb.de.
Is there any help?January 22, 2019 at 4:29 pm #1057290Hey andreasffm,
Do you have a header.php file in your child theme’s functions.php? if yes you might need to update the contents since there are some changes in the header.php that are really necessary.
Hope this helps.Best regards,

I have function.php in my child theme only. Could you provide me the necessary content update in this file or where can I get it?

January 23, 2019 at 6:19 pm #1057857Hi andreasffm,
You need to copy the header.php file from the parent theme and make your changes on top of the fresh copy.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaJanuary 23, 2019 at 7:49 pm #1057913Hi Victoria,
thanks for your response. Probably is it as easy as you write in one sentence, but I have no idea, which changes I should do on the header.php, so that the header/ menu is working properly on mobile devices. On the website are two menus and since update is the mobile burger menu not showing, just the second menu. The child theme didn’t use header.php before, only function.php
January 24, 2019 at 4:44 pm #1058222Hi andreasffm,
If you had no header.php file in your child theme then you don’t need to copy it there now.
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 25, 2019 at 1:04 pm #1058679HI Victoria, temporary admin access below. Thanks for your help!
January 25, 2019 at 7:58 pm #1058897Hi andreasffm,
Thank you. I can see the html for the burger is in place, the css does not hide it so it should be there.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 27, 2019 at 4:07 pm #1059368Hi Victoria, thanks for your response. I have deactivate plugins one after another, cleared always cache on website and my mobile device as well, without any results. I have also deactivated all plugin at once. Nothing helped. I tried also to remove the responsiveness checkmark for small devices, with intention to see the menu as text at least, but the main menu simple does not appear anyway-nor as txt. It would be great, we could solve it.
Best regards, Monika

January 31, 2019 at 8:43 pm #1061144Hi,
What should be it color? Why is it the same color as the background of the web site?
Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 4, 2019 at 12:02 pm #1062619Hi guys, the color of the burger is the green brand color – you have had a temporary access in the backend to see it! As I did not get any answer, I asked for a help outside kriesi support and the solution was very quick by looking to google inspector. There was a css which crashed displaying the burger. As quick as simple. Not really happy with your support, as you are the professionals.
