    Hi I am trying to get in touch with tech support but am not able to because our developer purchased the enfold theme and deployed it on our server without giving us the purchase code so I can’t create an account on the form and fix the error that is preventing my website from working.

    Hey ron watson,

    What problems are you having? Eventually you will need access to the theme files since you likely won’t be able to update the theme otherwise.
