Enfold Theme update from 4.0.5 to 4.5.2

Good day! I have a problem. My website https://countplus.by/ has the latest versions of WordPress and PHP, Enfold Theme version 4.0.5 and also it has a lot of changes in Theme files. How can I update to 4.5.2 version without having any of my changes lost? It is very important, because I can’t even use the blocks constructor without bugs for now.
