January 21, 2019 at 2:56 pm #1056695Hey ariamedtour,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

January 22, 2019 at 2:27 pm #1057214Hi ariamedtour,
The 404 page is fixed.
I went to Enfold > Theme Options and change the 404 page to another page then cleared the cache.
Then set it back to the right 404 page and cleared the cache and it’s all good :)Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 22, 2019 at 2:47 pm #1057226Hi Nikko,

January 22, 2019 at 3:18 pm #1057258Hi ariamedtour,
Can you try to flush out the cache from the plugin then disable the caching temporarily?
Caching might be causing some issues.Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 22, 2019 at 3:24 pm #1057261Hi Nikko,
I disable caching on server and site.
This issue happen on other website’s language that have not cache.January 22, 2019 at 4:09 pm #1057273Hi ariamedtour,
I have checked it and I think there’s a plugin that causes the issue/conflict.
I have tested the same thing on my end but I’m not getting the same result.
Also if you check on the page title it’s accurate “Page Not Found | Yoursite” but the content inside shows the contact us page.
Try to disable all your plugins and check then enable them one by one and check to know which plugin causes the problem.Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 22, 2019 at 6:05 pm #1057362Hi Nikko,
When i disable Yoast SEO plugin every thing is fine. i guess enfold 404 page is not compatible with yoast.
What is your suggest for this problem because i know Enfold support yoast. I think it’s a little bug.
thank you.
January 22, 2019 at 6:19 pm #1057368Hi ariamedtour,
Yes, our theme is compatible with Yoast SEO maybe there’s just a setting which causes some requery and is conflicting with Enfold custom 404 page.
Best regards,

Yoast team said this issue is on your Enfold theme and you should contact with Enfold theme support.Thank you.

February 6, 2019 at 2:15 am #1063423Hi,
I tried to debug the issue for a while but I couldn’t find the issue. How did you find these urls in the first place? Are they being reported in your google console? You can manually redirect them to the designated 404 page for now.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 6, 2019 at 6:57 am #1063465Hi,

February 11, 2019 at 8:01 am #1065339Hi,
Sadly, I don’t know why that is. Please keep the permalink settings for now. And keep in touch with the Yoast team for additional help.
We’ll close this thread for now because it’s getting lengthy. Don’t hesitate to open a new thread if you get additional issues.Best regards,
