    Dear Support-Team,

    before I start my topic – I’m not experienced in any kind of web design or programming but only a creative head trying to get a nice looking website. *alaaarm alaaarm* – sorry.

    I was working on following site:

    Familie/Baby/Babybauch

    and yesterday all of a sudden the masonry galleries don’t load properly any more on desktop; the mobile version is working quite alright. It takes a while scrolling up and down to get the full page displayed – not user friendly (tried chrome and firefox). What can I do???

    On following site it doesn’t work at all: https://www.theresart.at/portfolio/, I only see 1/4 of the pics.

    All I did new was installing the plugins: WP Super Cache, Jetpack (without changing settings), BJ Lazy Load, Hummingbird Pro, Smush pro, WooCommerce (without changing settings).

    Could you please help?

    Hi Theresa,

    The plugins you have installed can all affect the behaviour of your site, especially caching and lazy load plugins. Please try to clear the cache from them and deactivate them all, then activate them one by one to see when things stop working. Also, you probably just need one caching plugin, not two.
