I was working on my same old post (for which I have been working over the past several month), and found that most of the text suddenly became italic even though I did not use <i> tag at all. The first chapter is normal. I use the same formatting but the text is all italic after the 2nd chapter. How can I fix this???

OK then I lost everything that became italic. Now I am afraid to update my page. I have a copy saved as a private post. let me know when you are ready to take a look at my case.
OK so this is the copy of the copy I’ve made when the problem started. I just saved it in case something went wrong (and it did).
The italic problem is gone.
If you compare it with this, the original, you see that the most of the contents in this page was gone from the original.. What disappeared was exactly the area that inexplicably became italic.
Although I cannot see the problem of italic in the copy of the copy now, I am worried that I could lose the contents again if I try to update it. It happened before…. I lost part of, or everything in a post I was working when I updated it. Of course I didn’t delete any of the parts… I just made some edits.
Are you aware of any situations in which “update” can lead to the loss of the contents? What can trigger that? Can I prevent it? Was italic font problem a precursor of a bigger problem? And when it happens, what have been lost will be gone forever, if I forgot to save a backup copy?Thanks!
Actually, I found that it’s still italic in my dashboard. I feel nervous. How can I send the screenshot?

NikkoSo I ended up calling the customer support for the web host. I didn’r solve the problem, but I think I gave up on trying to fix it. It may be because of the “The Grid” plug in.
