    I created 50 portfolio items linking to 50 pages. This 50 pages use the same page layout saved as a template.

    I created the 50 pages and edited them to have their content. All of them are videos and a description.

    From the 50 pages, the following videos are not loading, just a black box with the youtuble URL in it.

    What can the problem be?

    Hi peterolle,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi peterolle,

    I haven’t find out what’s causing this, the issue is a bit weird.
    I created a new page (link in private content) basically a duplicate of 42 and it works fine.
    I just save the page as a template and used it on a new page it’s good.

    That is the problem, the only “some of them” are not working. I am pretty sure it has something to do with this: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/shorcode-not-updating/

    Also, now I am not able to edit any page because of an avia-builder.js error. The builder stalls there loading forever and nothing happens. Changing to classic is not working, so I cant edit or add anything.

    Hi peterolle,

    Can you give us ftp access as well?
    So we can try to debug and check on it further.
    Just post the ftp credentials in private content.

    I already did all the pages again and move the comments from them to the new ones… So for now I believe its is ok. Will check the errors as soon as update more things.

    The block editor error mentioned in the other topic for sure is the problem, that messes completely the editor and pages saved different versions, even when using the correct editor.
