Hey guys,
If you look at my blog roll,
The first three entries at the top are showing coding in the preview. I spoke to my hosting company and they tell me it’s coming from Enfold.
If someone could take a look. I’d appreciate if very much!

January 18, 2019 at 1:44 am #1055307Hi,
Password is not working for us, can you please check that so we can try login?
Best regards,
BasilisJanuary 23, 2019 at 8:33 pm #1057926Hey Basilis,
Sorry for the late reply.
Not sure why it’s not working. I tested it out and it’s all good on my end. Please let me know if it does not work again.
January 24, 2019 at 1:21 pm #1058135Hi,
Thanks for the update, the login details are working for me, though I can’t see the problem you are describing. I see a few blog posts on the front page, are you referring to the ones under Previous Episodes? If not then please post a link to where we can see the actual problem.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 24, 2019 at 2:29 pm #1058154Hey Rikard,
If you can to the blog roll and look at the text on the first three entries. All you see is code and not text. Nothing I wrote is there.
January 25, 2019 at 7:51 am #1058512Hi,
Thanks for that, I see that you are using a third party layout builder there. We can’t provide support for that unfortunately. Could you try contacting the developer of the builder you are using instead please?
You are currently using Thrive Architect to edit this content.

RikardJanuary 25, 2019 at 3:58 pm #1058776I had my hosting company’s tech support look into the problem. I thought it was a WordPress issue. They came back and said the problem is with Enfold after they looked into it. This is why I reached out to you guys.
January 27, 2019 at 7:24 am #1059288Hi,
Ok, did they specify what the theme is doing then? It would be helpful if you could specify what is going wrong. But like I stated previously, we can’t be responsible for third party layout builders, they are not compatible with the theme and we have no intention of changing that since Enfold comes with its own layout builder.

RikardJanuary 27, 2019 at 1:09 pm #1059341I went through their reply. They did not say. They only said it was Enfold. I pasted their replies below.

Hi David,
The issue seems to be coming from the Enfold Child theme, unfortunately, we are unable
to find where exactly the issue likes (if it’s in the theme code or settings). What
we can do is restore the website from a previous point when the page was actually
working or you can just edit it and fix it manually.Contacting the developers for advice can also get the issue fixed if they can give
you insight.Let me know if you have any follow-up questions or need our help with any other troubling
technical issues there.Warm regards,
Ani D.

Hi David,
We are not sure where exactly the issue lies, there is nothing in the logs nor any
plugin conflicts. If you provide the developers with the page and if they have any recommendations
what can be done on our end, we can try and fix it but at this point, we have no
clue if it’s connected with the code of the theme or if it needs a module enabled
on our end.A placed a link to a screenshot image I took of the problem. The problem is on the blog roll/page
January 30, 2019 at 2:36 pm #1060494Still waiting for someone to have a look at this issue please
