    Hi,
    I recently purchased an icon pack from Flaticon which downloaded successfully. However, I am unable to upload it to my enfold site. Each time I get the following error message. “Unable to create directory uploads/2019/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    Can someone help please?

    Hello Kriesi-Team,

    i have the same problem, i disabled the the button on wp>settings/media but i can´t upload any zip with svg´s from flaticon, fontanello is working fine by the way. My hosting server also supports zip.

    Error massage from enfold upload: couln´t add the font because the server didnt respond. please reload the page and try again.

    Hello team,

    i have one issue: if you upload a flaticon pack it works but if you put your icons one by one together in a collection or a single one, there pops up the failure massage:
    Error massage from enfold upload: couln´t add the font because the server didnt respond. please reload the page and try again.
    Another massage is: Couldn’t add the font.The script returned the following error: Found no SVG file with font information in your folder. Was not able to create the necessary config files

    Does enfold grids only supports flaticons packs?
