    Dear Kriesi team,

    Suddenly the sliders and galleries on my clients page are misbehaving. Nothing has been done to them, they just stopped working properly. They dont display the images and captions. Can you please have a look, what has gone wrong?

    Also, updated the wordpress, but that did not solve the issue also.

    Thanks in advance,
    Marton

    Hey mstHUN,

    You are getting a few error messages on the page, could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is conflict somewhere please? Also, it looks like you are running an old PHP version on the server. I would advice to update to version 7.1 or higher since 7.0 and below PHP won’t get any more security updates.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    I tried turning them on and off, but nothing works. I contacted the hosting services if they can update, but to be honest, i don’t think that might be the problem, since the problem is narrowly focused on slider elements. I see a parse error :

    Error: CSS: background-image: Parse Error.
    From line 276, column 1; to line 276, column 242
    <div id=’av_section_1′ class=’avia-section main_color avia-section-default avia-no-border-styling av…after_av_google_map avia-builder-el-last container_wrap fullsize’ style = ‘background-image: ‘ >

    What else can I check regarding this issue?

    Ok, just found the solution:

    There was a “ó” character in the menu urls, that caused the jQuery script to fail. removed the character, now it works properly!

    Hi,

    Great, glad you found the problem and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
