    Hello, I am creating a site and see that the portfolio items are built by hand, adding content, comments section and everything.

    I assume this is everything from the theme and as soon as I change theme, I will loose all the items, all the pages, all the content and all the comments in them.

    Is that correct ?

    Hey peterolle,

    I wouldn’t say that you will lose them, the data will still be there. But if your new theme doesn’t have that custom post type registered then they won’t be displayed. Also, the builder keeps everything in shortcode so they might not be editable as expected in a new theme. That goes for everything created with the Enfold layout builder though.

    This affect pages as well ?

    If I create 10 pages with my content everything will be gone?

    Hi peterolle,

    If you use Advanced Layout Builder, content will still be there but you’ll see the shortcodes output. It will affect all content.
