I’m offing a paid Facebook group this month only, and have had several people tell me they can’t see or find the PayPal payment button. When I check the page on responsivedesignchecker.com it all looks OK (some people have had no trouble signing up), but when I checked it on Browsershots.org, it looks like the page might be cut off and there is a piece of the pink line from the header showing in the middle of the page… what the !??????
Please help!
Is there something wrong with how my site is showing up, can you folks check on your end and if there is a problem suggest a tweak to code that will provide a solution. I hate to think my whole site has been messed up for months I didn’t know it!
Details in PC below.January 12, 2019 at 2:00 pm #1053066Hey Moondreamer21,
I am seeing the PayPal button and the link to Browsershots gives a 404. What are we supposed to see there?
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 15, 2019 at 5:25 pm #1054184I am not having actually issues with the page on my PC, but there is a confirmed issue with the PayPal button on mobile.
In the process of looking into this, I came across another problem I mentioned above where it looks like the pink jagged edge line is displaced in the center of the page in some instances… I want to resolve this too.
The BrowserShots views are only available for so many minutes.
The link can be input at browsershots.org, or do you have a cross browser checker to look at the page?
Again, the link in question is above in the PC. I’ll attach a screenshot in the PC below from BrowserShots.
Thanks for looking into this.January 15, 2019 at 8:24 pm #1054309Hi Moondreamer21,
Which screens sizes is it happening on? Can you reproduce on any mobile device?
I checked on my iPhone and I can see and use the PayPal button.
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 15, 2019 at 9:42 pm #1054372When I submit the URL to BrowserShots, it only lasts for 15 minutes.
Please submit the url mentioned above if possible at BrowserShots.org for the complete results.
I’m not even so much worried about the PayPal button now, as I am about a site-wide issue with the out of place partial pink line from the header area that is showing up in the middle of the page.
I didn’t notice this pink link out of place when I checked on responsivedesignchecker.com, but as a WordPress theme support team, I’m sure there are sites you use to check a web site’s appearance on different browsers and screen sizes?
It seems like this issue could be site-wide and I would like confirmation or help in digging to determine whether it is or not and what do to about it?January 17, 2019 at 9:45 pm #1055170Hi Moondreamer21,
Please test on the actual mobile devices and confirm if the issue is still there. I do not see the issue on my iPhone.
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 17, 2019 at 10:11 pm #1055197As I mentioned, I don’t see an issue now on responsivedesignchecker.com, so I’m no longer referring to a mobile-only problem, but site-wide and regardless of mobile vs. pc.
Please enter the URL I’ll put in the PC below at BrowserShots.org (I would send the results, but as I’ve mentioned the report only lasts 15 min.) to see if you can see the out of place pink line from the header area I referred to above (and attached the image for)?
If you see it also, then I would like to proceed with troubleshooting and getting assistance for fixing that.
Thanks.
January 22, 2019 at 12:51 am #1056942Hi,
It makes no sense to review with BrowserShots. The quality of the service is bad on the results it returns :)

January 23, 2019 at 1:55 am #1057532Hi,
Any automattion software can fail on the results.
Unfortunately the best solution is to load different browsers on your own computer.Best regards,
