Hi. I’m the webmaster for Planetree Health Library, working on behalf of my client to update her organization’s website. We’re having a tech support problem with Enfold since the latest theme update so I helped her renew her tech support for this template, but the password I have on file to login to your support site doesn’t work. I have the purchase code for the theme and I just renewed the tech support for her today. Neither of us is sure which email address you have on file since we haven’t used this tech support since 2016. I tried sending a password reset email but neither I nor my client received an email. Kind of stuck! What do I need to do to get our access to tech support restored?

and updated the password for you below, you should also get a email with it.
