As I’m trying to install the Envato theme I continually get the same error:

I have already done all of this and spent most of my day yesterday trying to fix this to no avail. We are running WordPress 5.0.2 and PHP version: 5.6.29-hw1 (which is the highest we can go). Please help, or I’ll need to request a refund. I thought I’d have it up and running yesterday and we still don’t even have the theme loaded.

We have finally fixed this. Apparently the first 2 people helping me didn’t know what they were doing. The third finally did. We’re up and running. Please close this ticket.

Hi,

Great, glad you got it working and thanks for the update. I would recommend that you consider upgrading your PHP version since PHP 5.6 and 7.0 won’t receive any more security updates.
